COMPANY / HOW WE WORK
No surprises.
That's the process.
Five stages, each with a named owner and a written output. You'll always know what happens next and who's doing it.
01
Listen
20–30 MIN CALL · OUTPUT: NOTES YOU CAN CHECK
How do calls actually flow through your business today? What breaks, what's tolerated, what's growing? We take notes and play them back to you — if we got it wrong, we'd rather know now.
02
Design
3–5 DAYS · OUTPUT: A PLAN + A PRICE, IN WRITING
Call flows drawn out, devices and SIMs specified, numbers and porting mapped, one fixed monthly price. Nothing is ordered until you've signed off the design — and the price doesn't move after you do.
03
Stage
1–2 WEEKS · OUTPUT: A SYSTEM RUNNING IN PARALLEL
The new system is built and tested while the old one keeps working. Handsets arrive pre-configured, apps get rolled out, test calls run. Number porting is scheduled last, so there's never a gap.
04
Go live
ONE MORNING · OUTPUT: DIAL TONE, NO DRAMA
Midweek, mid-morning, with an engineer watching the cutover live. Your team gets a one-page cheat sheet, not a manual. We stay on until the first day's calls have flowed cleanly.
05
Stay
ONGOING · OUTPUT: A NUMBER THAT GETS ANSWERED
Support comes from the UK team that built your system — no scripts, no ticket purgatory. Changes like new starters, seasonal call flows and extra SIMs are part of the service, not a quote.
IN WRITING, IN THE CONTRACT
Fixed price at design
The price you sign off is the price you pay. Scope changes are agreed, never discovered on an invoice.
No gap in service
Old and new run in parallel through cutover. If porting slips, the old line keeps ringing until it's done.
Exit terms up front
Notice periods, number release and data export are in the contract from day one. Leaving should be easy — that's why customers don't.
